Company Announcement
GF Blends is recalling Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix listed below due to potential undeclared wheat gluten. People who have celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance run the risk of adverse health effects or allergic reactions if they consume these products.
These recalled products were manufactured using Plantain Flour supplied by PMF Global, which was labelled and as certified gluten free. Independent third-party testing confirmed the plantain flour ingredient contained gluten and recalled products all tested at levels significantly exceeding the FDA's 20 ppm, therefore containing undeclared wheat gluten. GF Blends will further test to confirm for wheat gluten.
We have not received any reports of adverse health effects as of the September 17, 2026 recall.

The affected products were distributed via our customers up to September 12, 2026 on eatgangster.com and https://trulyaip.com/, on Amazon.com to retail and online customers nationwide.
Consumers who have celiac disease or a severe wheat gluten intolerance should not consume the recalled products. Product should be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund or discarded. GF Blends has notified our customers by email and phone and is arranging for replacement of all recalled products. Consumers with questions may contact GF Blends at 509-375-0909 from Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4 pm PT or recall@gfblends.com.
Upon confirmation of the contamination, GF Blends immediately notified all affected customers, placed the impacted lots on hold, and initiated this recall.
This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
