Reports suggest the photo was taken outdoors on Martha’s Vineyard, likely between 1999 and 2000, prior to Epstein’s 13-month prison sentence and registration as a sex offender.

Both Mountbatten-Windsor, the younger brother of King Charles III, and Mandelson have previously been questioned on suspicion of misconduct in public office linked to Epstein but were subsequently released while investigations continue.
Mountbatten-Windsor served as the UK’s trade envoy from 2001 to 2011 and stepped back from royal duties in 2019 following public revelations of his connection to Epstein. Records released in January indicate that on Oct. 7, 2010, he shared details of upcoming official trips to Singapore, Vietnam, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong with Epstein, and on Nov. 30, he appears to have forwarded official trip reports to him shortly after receiving them.
Peter Mandelson, long regarded as a political strategist and nicknamed the “Prince of Darkness” for his influence behind the scenes, concluded his decades-long career with recent resignations from the Labour Party and the House of Lords.
