Musk warns protesters in London of escalated violence

(MENAFN) Tech billionaire Elon Musk has reiterated his claim that “the left is the party of murder” following the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, speaking to tens of thousands at the Unite the Kingdom rally in London.

Speaking via video link at the event organized by activist Tommy Robinson on Saturday, Musk addressed not only attendees but also the “reasonable center, the people who ordinarily wouldn’t get involved in politics, who just want to live their lives.”

“Whether you choose violence or not, violence is coming to you,” he said. “You either fight back or you die.”

Musk referenced Kirk’s killing in Utah earlier this week, stating: “There’s so much violence on the left, with our friend Charlie Kirk getting murdered in cold blood, and people on the left celebrating it openly,” and adding, “The left is the party of murder and celebrating murder.”

The X owner and Tesla CEO also criticized what he called the “woke mind virus,” describing it as “super-racist, super-sexist, and often anti-religion – but only anti-Christian.” He argued that advancement should be based on merit “rather than discrimination on the basis of sex, religion, race, or anything else.”

Musk went beyond cultural commentary, calling for the “dissolution of Parliament” and an early UK election, asserting that the government has failed to safeguard the public. “We don’t have another four years,” he said. “Something’s got to be done.”
