Access Fixtures adds selectable beam spread to BULI mini flood light

Access Fixtures has expanded its BULI LED Mini Flood Light with field-selectable beam spread, giving installers nine configuration options from one fixture. The update matters for outdoor lighting jobs that need different beam angles, wattages, and color temperatures without custom ordering.

Why it matters: - The updated BULI lets installers match one fixture to more outdoor lighting jobs. - One SKU now covers narrow accent lighting, medium pathway lighting, and wide-area perimeter lighting. - The change can reduce ordering errors, inventory complexity, and the need for multiple fixture models.

What happened: - Access Fixtures added field-selectable beam spread to the BULI LED Mini Flood Light. - The fixture now offers three beam angles: 25°, 45°, and 65°. - The BULI already included selectable wattage and selectable color temperature. - Installers can set wattage, color temperature, and beam angle on-site with a built-in switch. - The update was announced Sept. 8, 2026.

The details: - The updated BULI supports nine configurations from one fixture: three wattages, three color temperatures, and three beam angles. - Wattage options are 9W, 16W, and 24W. - Color temperature options are 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K. - Beam angle options are 25°, 45°, and 65°. - The fixture delivers 3,287 lumens at 4000K with a 45° beam angle. - Efficacy is 144.17 lm/W at 4000K with a 45° beam angle. - The housing is die-cast aluminum with a UV-stabilized powder-coated bronze finish. - The lens is diffuse polycarbonate. - The fixture is rated IP65 and IK08. - Surge protection is 2kV. - Voltage is 120-277V. - BUG rating is B3 U1 G0. - Rated life is L70 at 50,000 hours. - CRI is 80+. - The fixture is UL and cUL listed for wet locations. - The mount is a threaded knuckle mount. - Warranty coverage is 5 years limited. - The fixture includes a built-in photocell for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation. - The fixture starts at $79.00. - Production lead time is 5-7 days, plus shipping. - Customers can order online at accessfixtures.com or call 800-468-9925.

Between the lines: - Access Fixtures is pushing more flexibility into a single outdoor luminaire instead of forcing buyers to choose from separate fixed-config models. - The on-site adjustment approach is aimed at contractors and facility managers who need lighting tuned to the actual installation, not the original order. - The company also highlighted fewer wrong-configuration returns, which suggests a focus on distributor and installer efficiency. - Steven Rothschild, CEO of Access Fixtures, said adding beam spread makes the BULI more versatile and gives one LED luminaire coverage that previously required three.

What's next: - Access Fixtures says the updated BULI is available now. - Buyers can confirm the right configuration for a specific application before ordering. - The fixture will likely be used across accent lighting, flagpoles, signage, entrances, pathways, parking areas, building perimeters, and facades. - Access Fixtures continues to market the product to municipalities, universities, sports facilities, and commercial properties across the U.S.

The bottom line: - Access Fixtures turned the BULI mini flood light into a more flexible outdoor lighting option by adding field-selectable beam spread to its existing adjustable wattage and color temperature.
